Photography & Social Media Policy

We completely understand a desire to record family members progress in Karate.

We encourage it too, for students to be featured upon our Social Media pages and Website.
Sometimes, a student may have given the school an Instruction to remain anonymous for personal reasons and with this in mind we will always respect this decision and keep the matter confidential.

• With this in mind, we respectfully ask that for each student that trains with us, only the permitted are allowed to film classes and only filming their own family member :
• Mother or Father (or Step Parent)
• Designated Foster Carer/Guardian.
• Instructor (Sensei/Sempai)

The School is in position to get to know the parents, but as for recognising every families extended member, this is not possible. Should we see a member of the public or any other person outside of these listed member filming we would have to request the filming stops.

BSKA Wombourne take Safeguarding of our students bery seriously whilst also respecting a Parents/Students need to catalogue their life events. As always, any student not wishing to be featured on any School publishing, contact us to opt out.
